Judging by a survey I recently took of animal lovers just like you, I’ve discovered that one of the greatest things we are stressing out about is our health or lack of it.
Stress affects every aspect of our wellbeing – our physical health, as well as our thoughts and feelings. When we let distress become a chronic part of our everyday life without learning to manage it, it can contribute to many health problems, such as high blood pressure, diabetes and even obesity.
