Dear Friends,
I am excited to share that on Tuesday, Oct 9th, 2018 my new book Paws for the Good Stuff: A dog lover’s journal for creating a happier and more pawsitive life,” will finally be launching!
Woohooo!
“Paws For The Good Stuff is the follow-up to my #1 Amazon bestselling and award-winning book, Dog as My Doctor, Cat as My Nurse. And if you loved that book, and I know a lot of people did, you are going to love Paws for the Good Stuff.
Not so long ago I did a survey in my acupuncture and wellness practice where I asked people what their greatest challenges were to their health and life. Over and over I heard three things –
- I wish my life were more in balance
- I wish I had more time to take better care of myself
- I wish I had less stress
And for those people who were animal lover’s and most of them were, they wished they had more quality time to spend with their animal friends and to deepen their connection.
As I listened to what they wished for, one thing dawned on me, nearly all of these people were lacking one important thing in their life which I think is critical to help them with their challenges and to create a healthier and happier life. Most people did not have a gratitude practice in place. Like a healthy breakfast nourishes the body, gratitude is the breakfast of champions for the heart and mind.
There are a lot of gratitude journals out there but none quite like this one. Paws for the Good Stuff is uniquely designed for those of us who are dog lovers. By taking just five minutes a day and opening your world to the many ways that our canine buddies inspire us to be more grateful, this journal can –
- Allow you to find more balance in life
- Help you feel happier, inspired, and more empowered
- Encourage you to connect with your dog in a unique and deeper way
Next week, I’m going to take you on an adventure beyond the book cover and into the pages of my Paws for the Good Stuff journal so you can see for yourself just how powerful this dog inspired journal can be and how in 5 minutes a day you too can create a happier and more pawsitive life.
Stay Pawsitive!
Carlyn
